McCann continues to lead the ranking of the most attractive creative agencies to work for, while Ymedia Wink tops the list of media agencies, according to the latest edition of the BEST AGENCY TO WORK FOR , a report prepared by SCOPEN. According to this study, when changing agencies the key factors for professionals are, in both types of agency (although with some differences) , professional projection and salary . They are followed at a great distance by other aspects such as schedule, client portfolio, team of professionals or work-life balance. With respect to intangible aspects, they point out camaraderie and credibility as fundamental , followed by respect, pride and, finally, impartiality. On the other hand, conciliation and the contract accumulate more than 80% of the mentions if we talk about tangible aspects, while benefits, location and physical space do not reach 10%.
